We all have a passion - this is mine! From an early age I stood in the kitchen with my mom and my sisters and helped diligently. A lot has changed since our childhood Christmas cookies, but the combination has always remained the same: handmade, uniqueness, taste and aesthetics. Today we create our own individual creations in our gelateria and make our customers' sweet dreams come true.

In addition to aesthetics, taste is very important and my cakes should not only present well, but also be delicious and light. I am attracted by the harmony of taste innovation, simplicity of content and sophisticated appearance. For me, aesthetics go from the eye to the palate to the stomach and the heart.

Quality and freshness are important to me: regional and seasonal products have priority for me, as do natural flavors. I want to do my work with a clear conscience.
